Theresa Delaet

Theresa was born in Columbus Nebraska. She comes  from a family of 8, and her parents raised with high morals and values. In 1978 she moved to Minden Nebraska and still resides there.  I've had an array of different jobs growing up which  in turn, made me a well -rounded person. In 1988 Theresa enrolled at the University of Kearney Nebraska.

In 1992 she obtained Baccalaureate  degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology.  It wasn’t until  2004  when Theresa  discovered Real Estate and knew that was going to be  my profession there on.

Meeting people from many walks of life is very rewarding.  Walking a first time home buyer through the entire process gives me great gratification knowing they have been well educated by me.   For the seasoned buyers and sellers, I may teach them a few things since their last experience.  For  4 years in a row I have received the Quality Service Award and  9 Years the Quality Service Pinnacle Award  to which I am proud of.  In 2012 &  2014 I received the Ruby Award for Top Producer. I also have advanced Real Estate education being certified a Graduate Realtor and a Certified Real Estate Specialist.

I am a very outgoing person. I love sports, people, working in my yard, being a Wife, Mother of 2 son's Ethan and Adam and a Grandmother of Maverick.
